Course Content
Introduction to study, Developing personal confidence and self-awareness, improving fitness, taking part in sport, personal budgeting and money management, how the body works, participating in leisure activities and the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
You will also need to study Maths and English if you haven't already passed them. Students will study GCSE Maths and English as well as your vocational program.

All students studying sports/fitness courses will have access to our excellent facilities and use of our new CrossFit facility. This is the first official CrossFit affiliated gym in the UK at an educational facility and is aimed at promoting functional movement that is constantly varied and high intensity.
