Bournemouth & Poole College’s Student Union is delighted to announce that Zach Rumble has been elected Students’ Union President. 

For the past year, Zach has represented his fellow students as Vice President of Equality and Welfare and has already done some amazing work for the College. Supporting the Students’ Union’s outgoing President, Gabriel Baraldi, Zach has contributed towards the Green Agenda, increased communication between the students and their representatives, and helped with wider promotion of the Student Union.

We are now inviting students to enrol for September using our new online enrolment portal. 

This year we will be enrolling our students a little differently. Adhering to the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, as much enrolment activity as possible will be taking place online through the College’s dedicated enrolment portal.

Art and Design students came up with a creative way to showcase their work in an end of year Art and Design graduation show. 

After their annual end of year Art and Design graduation show couldn’t go ahead, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, students pulled together to create a virtual show. Hosted online, Art and Design students at the College can upload their artwork to an online gallery.

Parents and guardians are invited to join Bournemouth & Poole College’s virtual Parents Event on Thursday July 23 from 5.30-7.30pm.

In response to the impact the global health crisis has had on education, the College is hosting the event to provide reassurance and guidance to parents, by explaining the different opportunities available to students to achieve their future career goals.

Bournemouth & Poole College is delighted to announce that Chloe Shaw, who is studying a Level 3 BTEC Extended Diploma in Biomedical Science, has been awarded the Bronze BTEC Award for Science Learner of the Year. 
 
After an outstanding year at the College, Chloe was recognised by her lecturers and peers for being an exceptional student who is incredibly hard working. Having spent a phenomenal amount of time carrying out independent research and wider reading, Chloe has continuously gone above and beyond in her studies.
