Bournemouth & Poole College launch new online enrolment system

We are now inviting students to enrol for September using our new online enrolment portal. 

This year we will be enrolling our students a little differently. Adhering to the Government’s guidelines on social distancing, as much enrolment activity as possible will be taking place online through the College’s dedicated enrolment portal. 

Using the portal, students can confirm their offer choices and upload key information, including photos, proof of ID and emergency contact information. Also, students will be able to upload their GCSE results to the portal after they have received them in August. We will then contact students by phone to confirm their results, course and enrolment. 

We have sent letters and text messages out to all of our offer holders inviting them to complete the first stage of enrolment. These will continue to be sent over the coming weeks, however if students have questions about their enrolment information, they should get in touch with our admissions team for more information. 

Any students who have issues accessing the enrolment portal from home or who need additional support will be able to have a session with our admissions team on site. These appointments will need to be booked in advance to ensure social distancing is maintained. 

We are still actively accepting applications for our courses and Apprenticeships. We are committed to working with students, whatever their results, to find a course that’s right for them. For more information about our courses, please visit thecollege.co.uk
