Course content
Course Content
The programme commences with an induction on the correct use of equipment and other health and safety issues. You will be taught cookery skills including vegetable cuts and soups to develop your knife skills. On your last day you will be presented with a certificate of completion.

More about the course
You will be required to wear non-slip shoes that cover and protect your feet, black trousers and a white T-shirt. It will also be necessary for you to bring a tea towel and container to take home your finished dishes. We ask all our students to wear a facemask or visor when entering the buildings and for the duration of each session, to comply with government guidance.
