Working together
It’s not just about training and Apprenticeships
We value the relationship we have with the business community, working collaboratively to enhance the workplace within the region. Our close partnerships provide opportunities to get involved in a wide range of activities.
Curriculum development
We’re continually working in partnership with business to assess our curriculum, ensuring that our courses are relevant, current and meeting employer and market demand. As such, we welcome partnerships from a wide range of industries. You can be involved in a variety of ways including:
- Employer advisory Boards
- Guest speakers
- Real life projects for students
Work experience
Work experience is a core part to our courses and provides an opportunity for students to hone their skills such as team-working, problem-solving and communication. Placements vary in length and can bring real benefits to businesses including fresh thinking, development opportunities, increased company profile and the opportunity to work with motivated young people.
