If you’re interested in studying Engineering, you’ll train in our outstanding state-of-the-art facilities, all based at our North Road site in Poole. Plus, our facilities recently received a major upgrade following an investment secured by Dorset LEP through the Dorset Growth Deal!
Engineering is a growing industry and jobs are expected to continue to rise in the coming years. We offer a wide range of Engineering courses from Marine to Fabrication and Welding through to Electronics. Our facilities help students gain the skills they will need whether they continue into a career straightaway or decide to go onto university.

- Surface-mount, rework and soldering equipment
- Specialist equipment including a Caterpillar Marine Power diesel generator and Cobham air to air refuelling pod
