Available now
£1,000 employer incentive
The new Apprenticeship grant will help thousands of employers to grow their business by employing an apprentice aged 16-18. This will also apply to you if you would like to employ 19-24 year olds who have left care and young adults with additional learning needs. Apprenticeship reforms
Apprenticeships in England have gone through a dynamic transformation. The reforms place greater control in the hands of you, the employer. This is great, as it means you will have control over how and where you invest your money for Apprenticeship training.
There are currently two different types of Apprenticeship schemes – framework and standards and both are now funded in the same way. The Government believes that moving to a system that does not differentiate the price an employer pays by age is the right thing to do.
